Why not go directly with a hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)?
We're not trying to out-compete them on scale or service catalog, they do that better than anyone. What we offer is different: predictable pricing with no surprise bills or data transfer fees, hardware we operate ourselves in Madrid (not resold from a third party), and support from people who understand your specific case, not a generic ticket queue. If what you need is a VM that just works without spending time learning a catalog of hundreds of services, we're a better fit.
What happens to my data if I stop using loadfront?
It's always yours. You'll get free export tools in standard formats, a 30-day grace period after cancelling to take everything with you, and a deletion certificate available on request. No penalties for leaving.
Where exactly is my data hosted?
On our own hardware, hosted at the GlobalSwitch Madrid datacenter, in Spain. Our only location for now. Both your account/billing data and anything you upload live there. Once we open more datacenters in the EU, you'll be able to choose where your infrastructure lives.
Do you really have human support?
Yes. When you write to us, a person replies, not a bot. We're building a ticket system with objective severity criteria and response times committed to in writing; we'll publish it in full as we launch the service.
When will loadfront be available?
We're in launch phase, and we don't expect to open before 2027: we'd rather get it right than get it out fast. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first to know.
