Your account and your content are hosted on our own hardware in Madrid. When we open new data centers in the EU, you'll be able to choose where they're hosted.

Your virtual machines' disks are always encrypted, at no cost and with no setup. Memory is too, on operating systems that support it.

Why not go directly with a hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)?
We don't compete with them on size or on the number of services. We offer predictable pricing, with no data transfer fees or surprise bills, hardware we run ourselves in Madrid, and support from people who know your case. If you want a virtual machine that works well without having to study a catalog of hundreds of services, we're a better fit.
What happens to my data if I stop using loadfront?
It's always yours. You can export it for free in standard formats, you'll have 30 days after cancelling to take it with you, and if you ask, we'll give you a deletion certificate. Leaving carries no penalty.
Where exactly is my data hosted?
On our own hardware, at the Global Switch Madrid data center. It's our only location for now. Both your account and billing data and anything you upload are there. When we open new data centers in the EU, you'll be able to choose where they're hosted.
Who handles support?
A member of our team. When you write to us, someone who knows the platform replies.
When will loadfront be available?
We're in launch phase, and we don't expect to open before 2027: we'd rather get it right than get it out fast. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first to know.
