We're a small, independent company. Here's who we are and how we work.
loadfront comes from many years of running cloud infrastructure. Since 2013 we've offered our services quietly, by recommendation, to customers in very different sectors: professional associations, non-profits, blogs, interior design studios and fireplace companies.
We want to be a provider you can trust, with lasting, predictable relationships and a clear offering that doesn't make you choose between hundreds of options.
In 2026 we decided to open it to the public. We built it the way we'd have liked to buy it, and we run it ourselves, so we're the ones who answer you.
How we work
We control what we sell
The hardware is ours and we built the platform that runs on it. When something fails, we fix it directly, without depending on anyone else.
We tell you how things are
If something doesn't exist yet or a figure is an estimate, we tell you. We'd rather lose a sale than promise something we can't deliver.
A person answers
When you write to us, you hear from a person who understands your problem and knows the platform your virtual machine runs on.

Since 2019, we've also taken on a vocational-training intern every year.
